I attempted to add a new secuirty role called "Site Committee".  When I tried to save it, it came back with an error and a log.  I logged out and then back in... when I access the "Security Roles" section, I now get the following error:

An error has occurred.
Error: Security Roles is currently unavailable.

Please note that I am able to access the settings menu of the security roles module but I can't implement any changes.

Here is the event log:

After much researching, I found that a new DNN update was published that resolved this bug.

After upgrading to Version 4.5.5, everything seemed to work again!
