go to file manager in admin menu and check permissions for media folder - only idea I have atm.

I checked that and even added write permissions to all users with no effect. I think my next step will be to try modifying the DNN iframe module to accept the htmls.

Try to disable caching for the module (set caching time to -1)

You were totally right and thanks alot. I had originally set a cache time because I thought it would help improve the streaming video and audio on second and subsequent views but it prevented me from loading the videos and audio. I'm still wondering why the cache didn't effect my localhost machine or when an admin/superuser was logged in but I'm just glad to get it working.

Edit: FYI: Actually I had used 0 for the cache value and everything was working. I tried your suggestion of a -1 value but all content in the modules disappeared in "View" mode only. Clicking design in "Edit" mode only made the content disappear in "Edit" mode as well.
