If it is a 1 px gap, this is because I think the module is adding a 1px padding somewhere.

I would suggest to use <div and place it as background

Or alternatively create a skin just for this which has it hard coded

Sorry, I spent "too much time on it" and then forgot to test in IE.

Strange...

What you could try is setting the css display:block for the images in the table, that sometimes helps

And otherwise save the page and start stripping out stuff (from the saved page) until the problem disappears.

And you might check the document, since it has a lot of validation error's

These can cause browser rendering differences too.

Using XHTML transistional makes it a lot easier... (not strict as I wrote)
