Hi

You won't get an answer for a lot of exception errors. I know that since I've posted a fair few myself over the years.

However, some of them are well known and do have fixes. This pair above can be dealt with by following Mitchel's fix in this post: http://www.mitchelsellers.com/Blogs/tabid/54/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/111/Default.aspx

As for the logout problem, I have experienced that with some portals. The simple fix is to close your browsers, open a new one, clear out the cookies and then go back to the site. You should then be logged out.

If it's not that, then I really don't know what it could be.
