The dev site is finally up at dev.adverageous.com.

The only new feature in this version installed here is the Thumbnail mode.

I have quite a bit of UI/CSS work to do yet (actually am waiting for a partner to lend a hand in this area), as well as wiring-up of the per-file-controls in the Thumbnail mode.

Most of the other features requested by users in my forums will be applied this weekend.

Fabulous!

It can be hard to get a module looking tidy. It might help with this module to aim for a simple Windows Explorer sort of look and so long as you have a good mix of core classes present for text and grids and your own classes for additional bits, including a unique surrounding class to let one sub-style the core classes if needed, then it can always be styled after the fact. That said, people do buy with their eyes.

Looking forward to this I am

Rob

The dev site has been updated again.

I killed the datalist and went to a repeater.  A bit trickier to use the repeater than a datalist or Gridview, but gave me the control I needed for the outputted HTML.

Going to turn the Page-Size dropdown to a slider...as with my screen resolution a PageSize of 12 would be more ideal than 10.

On the dev site, I've turned on edit-mode for any registered users, as most of the copy/move/delete functionality is done.

Only a few items left to complete the thumbnail mode, then a review of the other user-requests.

The dev site is updated once again, this time all the critical features to be added for the version 1.1 are in there.  I have a small list of bugs/tasks to complete, but I am hoping to release this 1.1 sometime this week.

Thumbnail mode is complete, with an option to use "Lightbox2" from http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

The demo site at http://dev.adverageous.com has the thumbnail mode set to default, with the lightbox option.  The other option is to display full-size images in a new-window.
