Hi guys,

When I select the magnifying glass on the Role Selection and the Forum Data Lookup window opens, I cannot look up the role that I want to select. When I do any search, I get the message "Server error in '/' Application. INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_ModuleSettings_Modules'. The conflict occured in database 'CL566_dnn', table 'Modules', column 'ModuleID'. The statement has been terminated."

Can you help me please?

Cheers! Sean

This would only happen if for some reason the module's settings are not being found, so it is trying to add new ones automatically.  What version of DNN, what version of the module?  What browser are you using?

Hi Crispy,

Thanks for you reply. DNN 4.0.2, latest version of the module (downloaded it yesterday - .04?) and browser is IE 6.0.

When I upgraded from DNN 4.0.0 to 4.0.2 I had some difficulty when copying across the new web.config file, so I've had to use the web.config file from DNN 4.0.0 and make the relevant changes for 4.0.2.

Cheers

Hi,

I am still having this problem, and was wondering if anyone was able to think of a possibe reason for this yet...

Thank you!

The FK_ issues should only show if you are not using the latest version of the module, 3.20.01. Is this still the problem?
