I've seen people talk about them, but I have yet to find them.  I'm trying to set up a development environment for the project, and after several attempts and applying fixes only to be stopped *again and again* by "oh yeah, we forgot to tell you...", it's real hard to tollow the profanity rule.  So before I post anything else, I'd like to know where this installation document can be downloaded.

If it matters, I'm installing under Vista (what a pain), using VS2005.

the installation doc is available from the Documentation page in Resources menu (don't select a sub item).
