I have a dedicated server running 3 DNN sites.
The problem is that from 2 days ago evevry request i make to the site (like login, navigate no another tab, anything) jumps the SQL Server process to 100%.
It's a sudden problem, everything was working fine 2 days ago and I changed nothing either to the sites or the server itself.
Any ideias?
Thanks in advance!

How about a little more info...I'll assume from the way you phrased your statement that both IIS and SQL are on the same server..right?

Are the 3 DNN sites running on the same DB? Or are they stand-alones? How much traffic does these sites get? How many 'pages' in each site? How large are the database(s) [mdf, ldf]? When was the last time a full back-up was done on the DB's (including the transaction log)? How much free space is available on the server hard-drive(s)?

Have you run SQL Profiler yet? This may give you some insight as to where/if there may be bottlenecks.

Sorry about the little info. I'll try to be more specific.
You're correct, both IIS ans SQL Server 2000 are on the same server. 2 of the sites are running on the same DB and they have around 30 pages each. The other one is under development and has only 1 page and a standalone DB. The sites are very recent and they have few traffic, at the time i started getting this error i was the only one online. The server's HDD has around 60Gb free.

Haven't run SQL profiler yet as i'm an newbie to SQLServer and not sure the results would be much helpful, to me at least. but i'll give it a go a see what comes up.
