Dear Community members,

I have developed a site using the dotnetnuke 3.2.2(www.thermosole.com) version.it is running fine but sometime when some user Browse the site it redirect them to the following url http://www.thermosole.com/Install/Install.aspx?mode=none and i have removed the install folder from the Application directory and my site users get the following error.

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested Url: /Install/Install.aspx

 

I don,t know why it redirect sometime to install folder.Please help me out in resloving this issue.Waiting your response.Thank in advace.

in your web.config there is a key  AutoUpgrade that has by default value="true", set this to Value="false". HTH

Mine is set to false and it still redirects to install/undercontruction or just gives me "an unhandled error has occurred" message, and randonly changes between them. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank for your urgent reply. I have set the Auto Upgrade flag to false in my web.config file but one other problem is arising. Which I have listed below

 

 When I browse the site by using the following link

It redirects me to the following URL

 

But when I Browse the URL

www.thermosole.com it redirect my to intro page which basically a flash html page after skip intro it redirect me correct home page (http://www.thermosole.com/default.aspx)

 

Any idea why this is happing.
