I'm new to DOTNETNUKE and i'm trying to find out how to create a new skin to use on DNN.  I'm familiar with vb.net and VS 2005.

There seems to be no *free* tutorials on how to create a skin using the DNN Skin template in Visual Studio 2005. This template is created by the DNN installation .vsi of the downloads area of DNN website. But its surprising that no documentation on either this or the DNN module template exists on the DNN site itself. I'd be thankful to be directed to such resources.
