Yeah, those guys closed shop earlier this year.  You may have more luck just posting a request for that specific module.  I'm sure someone still have the installs.

Oh, I found it but unfortunately there is no source code... Does anyone else have any other suggestions or sites that might be hosting the todo or task list module???
