I upgraded a site from 4.3.1 to 4.5.5. The solutions explorer module appeared on one of the inner pages at random and I can't delete it! Any ideas?

let me guess, the name of the page is "Solutions"?

this is due to an oversight during installation, I will publish an SQL solution later today.

Hey Hey, Yes I'd spotted that after I'd posted it! Changing the name of the page to "Our Solutions" made it disappear and changing it back to "Solutions" didn't recreate the problem. Quirky little issue!
