It is a dynamic module. It does not have an assembly (a .dll). The code is contained in .vb files that reside in the HTML folder in the DesktopModules folder.

I figured that must be it but it doesn't seem to remove the old dlls either. Sort of confusing

The upgrade went fine wit no erros and seemed to work OK and still does on some portals but not all. I have one portal that get this error and will not load.

BC30560: 'DataProvider' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.HTML'.

This is the error I was getting on my test case and the reason I ask the question. I'm dead in the water.
