Thanks. What's odd is that the small file starts to download instantly, but the big file, you never get the confirm download dialog, it just posts back and then times out.

Will get a big file uploaded tomorrow to let you see it in action. Currently working files can be seen at: http://www.justgofaster.com/Media/VideoGallery/tabid/132/Default.aspx

Try to download the first file and it fails immediately but the others are all fine. They're all WMVs. Nothing is logged in the log viewer. Any ideas?

Okay I see what you mean. Do me a favor. Can you check and verify that the whole 92MB file is on the server and in the correct directory? Can you try downloading it via DNN's File Manager?

I don't work with .wmv files very much but I'm wondering if it isn't timing out on upload and the whole file isn't on the server and that's causing the problem. I'm pretty sure filesize is set by the size of the file on your computer when it's uploaded and doesn't read it from the server's directory.

Hi Mike, have managed to download the file from file manager and it downloads and runs fine. Apologies for delay, was away at the weekend.

Actually tried uploading it as an mpeg this time, and the behaviour is the same regarding the inability to download through the Repository, so I don't think it can be a WMV issue.

Any ideas? I could give you login details if you would like to login yourself for a look?
