Is there a way to set the css-skinning to override all settings and looks of the modules?

Right now I am sitting here hacking the forum modules css-file - and it would be much easier if I could just set all settings for all modules in the main skin.css. Is that possible? Or is there som other simple way to do it?

The forums module loads its css last of all the css files, so it can't be overriden by the skin or portal css, like most modules.  So far as I know, your only option is to hack the portal css.

Sorry I couldn't be more help to you,

Does that go for other modules too? Or do they follow the portal anyways?

The method that DNN supports for module CSS puts it out before the portal and skin CSS files, so you should typically be able to use those files to adjust module styles.

So you are saying that the modules have to be editet in the modules css-file?

Another question: I editet my forums css-file (DesktopModules-Forum-Themes-DotNetNuke-DotNetNuke.css) - but nothing seems to change, how do I make the forum know that this is the css-file I want it to use?
