I inherited a website hosted by go-daddy.  We began having problems uploading documents to post on our website last week.  In an effort to troubleshoot the problem, I needed access to the files but didn't have the password (former web manager went out of business).  I found a way to change the password from within my account manager on go-daddy.  Worked fine, got in, looked for possible module problems, found nothing, logged out.  Then I tried to open the website to login as admin for more troubleshooting and this is what I got:

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Login failed for user 'burnet'.

I managed to find where to change the database password to match the ftp but I still get this error.  btw, I did NOT upgrade anything!  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a novice.

this is an issue with the database user, make sure, you correct the password for the sql server, if you use integrated security, otherwise make sure, NOT to alter the password in web.config file.
