I'd appreciate if someone help me.

I'm hosting DNN3.2.0 in intranet.
I'm desiring to make users permanantly logged-in, unless user explicitely logsout.

I've found "Users Online Time (Minutes)" setting area in "Host > Host Setting" page.
In this section, default value is "20", which means that DNN keeps users 20 minutes logged-in, unless user has not interacted with the website.

In this section, I've changed the value to "999" (which is maximum), to make user logged-in for 999min.

Althouth, still, users are logged out within few minutes, automatically.
(I'm not sure how long, exactly. But I'm sure its much more less than 999 min.)

How can I make users keep logged-in permanantly, or for 999minutes?

I'm wondering how dotnetnuke.com website is configured, as my user account seems to be kept login unless I explicitly logout.

I'm not 100% sure on this whole issue - please someone else review this.

The 'Users Online Time (Minutes)' Host setting you changed only affects how long a name is displayed in the Users Online module.

To set how long a member can be logged into the site, you'll have to make a simple edit to the web.config file in your main DNN install folder.

Find the following line, and replace the number of minutes with what you need;

<membership userIsOnlineTimeWindow="15">
