Hi, I had set up my portal to "Require a valid profile for registration" (Now the optional fields like address, city, etc appear show on registration page). How can I extract that data to put into an excel file, etc. so I may snail mail these folks printed matter? Is there an easy way to export that for import to a another contact application? (Goldmine, etc.)

there are 3rd party modules for this purpose, you can e.g. use free UserDirectory from www.effority.net and copy / paste into Excel.

Excellent! Thanks for the link, works great.  I made a special private page for this and pasting user data into excel puts each field into its own column. awesome.
