More of an observation than a real question but I experiencing an odd behaviour in DNN 4.5.5

I have today set up an SSL certificate on my server and then went to Admin/Site Settings to set up SSL but there was no section called SSL which I could set. Eventually I discovered that if I logged in as Host and then went to the portal settings the SSL section appeared.

Could this be a skin problem? I am using the Equinox skin which is very, very nice. If not the skin is it something I should be woryying about?

TIA Julian
