Is it possible to customise the solpart menu so that the root menu items aren't a link, but the drop-down menus contain links as normal? See below...

Currently (standard menu):

Root Item     <Link
|
Child1          <Link
Child 2         <Link

What I want:

Root Item     <NOT a link, only a rollover to activate the dropdown
|
Child1          <Link
Child 2         <Link

Just check the "Disabled" option (in the "Advanced Settings" section of the page settings) for each page in the root menu. This should work for each page with any menu skin object.

Actually no, there is no way to disable an item, and then click on it to open it. If you disable it you will only be able to click the + but if you click on the folder nothing happens since it is disabled.

In that cases where the root folder doesn't have any link, I redirect the folder to the first viewable subpage.

Lorenzo.

That's right, but as I understood insitebydesign, that's what he/she wants. But maybe I misunderstood?

But don't disable the home page!
