HI Digory,

That make sense.  Attachment do look more like they were ment to be there in your format.  I also had never really thought about archive -vs- subscription format.  I can see where it would be easier on the guy writing the code to be able to archive and restore just certian section using your format also.

Thanks for explaining it just a little more to me.  When you said archive it all kind of snapped in my mind.  :)

No worries, even aside from attachments and enclosures, I think that when you read Rory's predicament and hear about how he got stuck with things such as Trackbacks and Comments you can understand the full extent of the problem.
