I have found out RSS does not work properly by default

When I enter new article in the built-in announcement module, it reflects on the RSS module,

but when I modify existing article in the announcement module, it DOES NOT relect on the RSS module

I have set the refresh time in Scheduler to 30 seconds in both DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchEngineScheduler, DOTNETNUKE and DotNetNuke.Services.Cache.PurgeCache, DOTNETNUK. I have restarted ASP.Net process, restart IIS and SQL, and still RSS is not working.

However, when I test in built-in Blog module RSS, it works, seems to me that the blog module has its own RSS.

We are using some third party module which uses the ISearchable interface.

I have read some blogs saying that Default RSS is implemented by ISearchable interface which introduces some problems, Please read here http://blog.coryisakson.com/PermaLink,guid,d0338077-0042-4c00-9af1-ecdade687385.aspx

rss feeds are cached for 60 seconds

Also, running the search indexer every 30 seconds will bring down your site if you have more than just a little content

I have tested this in 4.41, it has no problems

This problems only happens in 4.55, very frustrating.

I have tweaked the OS time to force the cache, delete everything in schedulehistory table, and still it does not work in 4.55
