This new post is to inform community that we have release 1.0.0 version, live demo available on http://www.oldturtle.net.

Following our visitors important requests and suggestions, this release include a task assignment manager and a complete email template tool.

1.0.0 also includes more reports, more charts, more email events, customer search functionality, and time tracking information to understand how much work time have been spent in a ticket resolution (and by what operator).

We would be glad to hear your opinions about out work. A free download DEMO PA is also available, so you can test it in your portal before you buy. DEMO version is exactly the same as FULL version, only limited to 3 tickets.

WOW! I am impressed with this module.   A great user interface and  administrator friendly.  Great documentation included and under 20 pages.   It's also a focused and manageable module, not trying to do everything but doing one thing well - Help Desk support. 

This is worthy of DNN and showcases the potential of web apps within the framework.  Great job!

I only hope I can afford it:-)

Thank you very much for your kind words about our module. Customers feedbacks are so important for us.
We also have received many feedbacks and we are very pleased to see that our work is generating a good interest.

We are leaving the module DEMO live and DEMO downloadable for some time to be 100% sure that the software is problems-free. 

To our visitors interested in purchasing: module will be on snowcovered.com and dotnetnuke.com in a few days. Please DOWNLOAD and USE our DEMO version BEFORE you buy. Switching from demo to full version is only a matter of file replacing after purchase.

Do not be too worry about the pricing, normal price will NOT be like 1000 USD! We are still deciding it, but we will surely begin with a promotional price for a period of time.
