Hi there,

I'm having a problem with a portal I host where when a user other than host tries to log in, the process fails and DNN returns the error:

A Crtical Error Has Occured
Reference not set to an instance of an object

On occasion it will let the user log in but then asks them to update their profile, which they can't as the "Form" drop down list is blank.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Lets start with the basics, what version DNN are you running? Have you upgraded recently? Added any new modules or updated any? Can you cut and paste all red errors from the Log Viewer (Event Log)?
