The AD was working fine... when users first got into the page in a intranet it recognized the user and filled all the data from the user like name, mail, phone number etc... but now it does not fills all thes info... it just recognize the domain\name of the user.

 

What is going on? plz help!

The users that it's not working for, are they brand new users to the DNN site or are they returning users that aren't getting updated? Is there anything being written to the eventlog when they log in?

both cases.... new users and returning users.
