Please someone help.  I just tried to install 4.6 on easyCGI.  I copied all files over, set the permissions on that directory to modify, and made the directory an .net 2.0 application.  I modified web.config with my connection string to the db and it does not even install.  Help.  Can someone tell me if I need to modify anything in the web.config file for easyCGI?  I wanted to do the automated install of 4.5.1 just to see the web.config file but it will not install until my domain is switched over (I will not switch it from old provider until the new site is complete.)
