Hi,

I have created sample application in DNN 4.6 and i published website. Publishing process was done successfully but when browsing i'm getting the following error.

Could not find a part of the path 'D:/Projects/PrecompiledWeb/DNN4.6/App_GlobalResources/Locales.xml'

Can anyone help me out in fixing this issue. I'm getting the same error with all versions released by DNN.

you cannot use the publish button in VS. Simply copy the portal as described here.

For your custom modules, you should create a module packages, please check out the tutorials by Michael Washington at dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com

Hi Sebastian. I love your work on the UDT. Anyway, are you saying that the fix recommended here (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/107/threadid/14873/scope/posts/Default.aspx) should NOT be used? What are the negative consequences? I am able to get an app to precompile with no problems, but it is not upgradeable nor can uncompiled modules be added. Is THAT the risk, or is there something else there? Sorry to bother you but this is an important issue for me.

Best from Buenos Aires,
Daniel
