I am not sure how many people are aware that DNN 4.6.0 includes a modification to the Text/HTML module that allows support for tokens.  I discuss this new functionality in my Text/HTML 4.6.0 and Content Tokens article

I don't see this option ufter upgrade and DNN says that Text/HTML module is the latest version. So how do I enable this functionality?

It should be there under settings for the module.

I would ensure that your text/html module shows version 4.6.0
