I'd been looking for an API documentation package for the core server APIs without luck so I built one for DNN 4.5.5 using Sandcastle. It's a little thin owing to the scarity of XML comments in the code  but at least the namespace/class/method/parameter structure is visible, and it is more accessible than stumbling around in Reflector.

It is packaged as a CHM file (~5MB). I'd be happy to share it with the community if someone can provide a home for it so that others can download it...

First of all a great contribution.  I have been trying to talk with the core team to see if we can get some more comments put in on public methods.  I have yet to get a response.

Secondly, i can provide a home for the file....send me an e-mail and I can get it arranged.

Thanks,

Any news on this? I've tried finding an API documentation / specification for DNN but so far with no luck...

It would be really greatly appreciated as I think the API is pretty nice. But it's really cumbersome having to figure out everything by reading the source code (especially because it's VB, and I'm more into C# ;-) ).
