Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...Upgrading Database to Version ERROR: See D:\DNNFTNMinistryWeb\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\04.04.00.log for more information...FAILURE 400 - Conversion from string "ERROR: See D:DNNFTNMinistryWebPr" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

In the log there are 100's of entries with the following error:
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

I am using a DB object qualifer

Same error here on a clean install of DNN 4.6.2

I assume, there are duplicate file or folder entries in your files / folders table

I'm getting the same error.  Did everything by the book, step by step.  Sure could use some answers!
