Hi there,

I'm developing a Call Center's guide, that employees need to follow when guiving help do custumers.

Than I found DNN, and i'm wondering if I could make this guide with DNN.

For example:

Q1: Client have a Wireless Phone?
YES | NO

Q1.1 - (If YES) Client have a question or a problem?
Question | Problem

And so one ...

I chould be capable of:
- Add more question in a easy way, at beegining, meedle and end of the guide.
- Had more than one answer (Ex. YES | NO | MAYBE).

I know that I could do it in static HTML, but then it's impraticable to update.

Thanks in advance, and sorry my english (no time to spell check).
