Does anyone have a good how to guide on setting up additional portals on separate domains to a live one-portal instance?

I have one live domain running and want to add another but not sure where to start.

Briefly, this is what I do. First configure your current "WebSite" in IIS to listen on the new IP address you've choosen for the new domain. If you are going to use the same IP address, then you'll need to configure Host Headers in IIS.

Next, login to you DNN site as "host", go to 'Host>Portals", select add new portal. In the portal alias, add "<your IP address>" or "www.yourdomainname.?" Complete the remaining items on the form and click "create portal". That's it. If you choose to use the domain name to create the site..be certain that the domain is pointed to the correct IP (ping it). If the domain name is not replecated to that IP yet the portal creation will error.
