Server Error in '/' Application.

Parser Error

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Common.Global'.

I just installed on my local machine and it works fine, but when I copied it up to the hosted environment, I receive this error.  It seems like something didn't get copied up.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Has anyone found the solution to this problem?

I downloaded and unzipped the file DotNetNuke_4.0.2_Install.zip, placed it in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Dotnetnuke, set up a virtual directory and get the error above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution anyone.....   I have been working on a module for quite some time (everything has been working fine), today I switch from debug to release and after a compile I get the same error message.

SOLUTION = DONT use winZip to unzip the installer pakage.
