Hi

I am developing one custom module for autologin. This module has three files name.

 File name are                 ViewLogin.ascx

                                            Settings.ascx

                                          EditLogin.ascx.

Problem is if I want to edit record from ViewLogin.ascx page it will redirect me to EditLogin.ascx but doesn’t show me the content of record. Only blank page is displayed.

I have track that URL on which record is stored but not shows me anything only blank page is displayed. Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanking You

I had the same problem a while back, and to fix it I had to make sure I was setting the module definitions correctly.  I would say for starters make sure your module definitions are correct.  For example, if you are using EditUrl, make sure EditLogin.ascx in the module definition is set to the edit control.

Are you properly passing the RecordID (or whatever you call the field that uniquely identifies the record in the database) on the query string from ViewLogin.ascx  to EditLogin.ascx when you redirect to EditLogin.ascx (most likely using the EditUrl function to generate the URL)? Check that the URL that appears in the address bar of your browser after redirecting to EditLogin.ascx appears to be correct and contains the value for RecordID.

In the Page_Load handler of EditLogin.ascx are you properly reading the value for RecordID from the query string then loading the content for that particular record?

If you still can't find the problem, post the code from ViewLogin that generates the URL for the redirect to EditLogin.ascx and the Page_Load handler from EditLogin.ascx which loads the content for the desired record so that we can take a look at it.
