I've just upgraded from DNN 4.5.5 to the latest version. Everything went smoothly however 2 SQLscripts did'nt work.

Update UseCaptcha Settings to use the Authentication Module instead of User Accounts
And
Update WindowsAuth Settings to use the Authentication Module instead of Site Settings
they both returned this error
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.
The statement has been terminated.

Does anybody have a clue to fix this?
