Hi,
I have installed my DotNetNuke on Win 2003 / SQL Express 2005 with success. However, when I was trying to instal Helm it could not connect to my database server as "sa" user. So I have opened SQL Server Management Studio Express and enabled Windows and SQL authentication, then I also enabled sa login and changed its password.

After all, I could not install Helm, and now, when I enter http://localhost/dotnetnuke I can see the start page but when pressing login nothing happens, only the startpage reloads.

What is wrong and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help
BR
Mike

This I have already solved by reinstalling DotNetNuke.

However I don't know what was the reason, so if someone met such a behaviour please drop some note?

Mike,  I'm having the same problem.  We've installed DNN four times now and nobody knows what's causing the problem.  We will not use DNN unless we figure out what's happening.

HI,
I have cleaned IIS and SQL from DNN completely and than installed it again. I have used DNN 4.06.00 version and it worked for me.
If you like you can contact me at mziemba(at)soft-m.com.pl and let me in to your server to see if I can help.
