Hi,

We have got a very strange problem. One of our "Page Editors" who is able to add pages is not able to see text in any of HTML modules as well as not able to see "Edit Text" option. Other Page Editors are doing fine. All of them have similar roles assigned to them, even we have unassigned and reassigned proper roles to this user again but all in vain. This user is able to see text as a guest user (when not logged in) and when he logs in, he is able to see control panel and even all other HTML module menu options like Module Settings, Module Import, Module Export but NOT "Edit Text".


May be one more clue, we just on the side "Telerik PageAdmin module" so that page editors can move quickly in the tree structure but strange thing is no pages are shown to this user in "PageAdmin module" too. We have no special settings for this module too and even Guest users are able to see list of all pages like a sitemap. But when this user logs in, no pages are shown, its just blank.

We are just lost ... why?

Thanks a lot for your quick reponse :)
But unfortunately this is not the case, Its in Edit Mode and strange thigs are happening only to this user. We have created a new user for this person and things are fine but still this is a mystery.

Anyway i just wanted to drop you an email as we last had our discussion in Holland @ OpenForce.
