I am trying to upload a document in a folder through the file management system. I want it to replace a document of the same name but I get the following error:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File  [path to name\filename]. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

I'm not sure on the security settings that need to be changed... this seems like something that can be changed within DNN. I have no problem saving other files so I know I have the correct security access. Anyone know what to do or if this is possible?

Thanks in advance!

did you grant full file permission to the virtual user "Network Service" or "ASPNET", that is used to store files you upload via DotNetNuke. make sure, the user has full permissions for the /portals subtree of your install directory.
