BUG ?

Hello

Testing Documents module on very fresh 4.6.2   ... very, very  simple:   on same Documents  ..  1. Export Content  2.Import Content ( same one ) ..  Item imported but  without data for Owner( not important ) but also without  data for link to item .

Is it Bug or not ?

Regards

Andjel

Hello,

I will take a look at this and let you know what I find.

I rewrote some the import / export code for the latest documents module, but i am not sure if that code is included in the latest DNN release. If something changed in DNN that broke the Import / export i will let you know.

The import/export process will not keep the links to the files as they will not necessarily be the same from portal to portal due to the "fileid" that is used.
