Howdy,

I just downloaded 4.6.2 last night and set it up on my host. When I go to authentication it asks me to to set the trust level mode to full for the use of openid. When I do this and uncomment the code it gives an asp.net error. Unfortunately it will not display the error message to relay it. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue or if they know a step that I might be missing? I'll post more info when I recieve it.

Thanks,
Dd.

When you enable Open Id you have to be careful to ensure that all settings are set correctly before you log out.  I have a tutorial on my site (http://www.mitchelsellers.com) that tells you how to set it up.

Thanks for the response Mitchel,

However those open ID settings don't even show up.

LiveID shows up without any issue, but the OpenID section shows up it says.

ASP.Net Full Trust is required to use the OpenID Authentication Provider. Modify the web.config file so that the TRUST tag in SYSTEM.WEB has a level of "Full".

I've attempted to set this, an uncommented this information out in the web.config but it breaks DNN.

If your hosting provider doesn't support full trust you will be unable to use open ID.

What is the error message you get when enabling full trust?  It might help us identify it is the hosting providers limitations.

Hopefully I can convince them to allow it :D What are some of concerns if they do allow it?

Here is the error I'm getting.
