Well, that's just it.  There are no errors except for the page in question.  When I run the Web Development Helper, it shows that all requests were responded to with a HTTP 200 status.  Which is what we would normally expect.

However, the URL to the page in question is the dynamic page in the IFrame that is created by the FCKeditor.  That dynamic page is attempted to be loaded and shows up in the Web Development Helper as a resolved page, but the editor obviously cannot load it.  :(

Also, there are no errors logged into the DNN Event Log either.  :(

And now, for a limited time only... a screenshot of the problem in IE.

I had the EXACT same issue, however the issue was my entire htmlprovidors dir was simple GONE. Once I copied that folder back over from my recent backup everything has been working ok. See my thread here.

It seems to be a problem with your IIS configuration or your browser configuration. The editor is just html+javascript.

You said you was receiving an access denied error. I then asked you about what file was being giving that error because if it is an html file, your problem is that your server is not giving you access to that file (Maybe lost permissions when moving/copying folders). Be sure all files inside your folder have correct permissions (all files in your DNN instance folder)

If the error is and ASPX file, then we need more information.

Have your tried from other browser? (Just to see if the problem is not browser related)
