Hi im having the following problem.

I bought a new skin to use with my DNN portal everything works fine. My problem lays with the language meaning that im using greek default language and i have change any resource files accordinately in DNN by renaming them with el.GR at the end of the filename.

What i want to know is how can i have myltible language support with the names that the skin is using. For instance the skin im using is showing the current page with the phrase " You are currently here : 'PageName' i want to change this to greek but also have the ability to use the english version( like i do with any phrase from DNN).

The skin is manipulating its verbal content by an html page not a resource page so i cant rename to el-GR ending and hence have both the english and greek version. Anyone had the same problem and if yes how he solved it

Thanks

there is curently no built in solution available, but planned for one of the next versions. AFAIK there is a 3rd party solution SkinHelper from www.apollo-software.nl

I think that there's a solution. I've read a DotNetNuke document "Localization". It says you can use the <dnn:label /> asp.net control to support multilanguage texts (you can use this on the .ascx skins).

but it still needs a local resource file, you cannot specify
