I know that this pertains to my server and a misconfiguration, but I'm not sure what to configure.......

Other servers I've worked on I haven't had any issues, just this one. host settings, admin settings, and the lists are the only areas I can't view.

This is for 4.5.1 (and is happening on 4.6.2)

Not sure where to go on this one. I've reloaded dotnet 2 just in case this was the issue (happened in the past with different issues)

did you restart the physical server as well?

yes, the server has been restarted a few times since reinstallation. I've double checked the permissions on the temp folder and made them right for the Network Service account. Seems to be working now with a 4.6.2 installation, but my 4.5.1 installation is still a bit wonky......

Let the upgrade begin.......(hopefully)
