Upgraded two installations yesterday to 4.6.2 - I was pretty careful cleaning out all redundant dlls in the bin/ folder and updating my web.config with the new httpModules and Auth namespaces, and it all went fairly smoothly.

But I discovered after my first installation that the install wiped all my child portal's User Accounts Settings back to DNN defaults under:  Admin > User Accounts > User Settings.  This page includes things like custom email validation, profile visibility, redirects, etc.  I had to manually re-establish them all.

On the second installation (containing parent portals only), this was the first thing I checked.  After first logging in as the host account, it looked like the problem didn't occur initially this time.  However, after then logging in/out as a normal user, I noticed my registration page had slipped back to not requesting a full set of custom profile properties.  Sure enough, when I logged back in as Host my User Accounts Settings had been wiped again.

After manually resetting them all I've not experienced a recurrence of this issue.

Has anyone else had the same issue and/or have reproducable steps so that we can get this re-opened in Gemini?
