when I open my website fot the first time I always get defaul dnn page that ask me about upgrade and ask me to click here to access my portal.

 

how can I diasble showing this page ?

this is usually caused by missing permissions for user "network Service" or "ASPNET" on the root folder of your installation or the config subfolder,

check permissions and adjust. make sure, your web.config is not read only.

Right click on the root DNN folder > go to properties > choose the security tab and select NETWORK SERVICE.  Go to Advanced and choose reset permissions on folder and all sub directories. Choose yes to any prompts.  Give the account full permissions.
