Mike,

   As suggested, I created a bug report in the ** DNN Core Framework and Modules [ PUBLIC ] ** (DNNP). Issue ID is DNNP-8165

News Feeds has been completely rewritten. All v 3 issues are withdrawn.

I too am having problems with the News module.

They do not display the RSS feeds from internal modules but work fine with external ones.
It was suggested that my proxy settings were not configured correctly....

Can anyone tell me, what are the correct proxy settings?
