Matthias, please read this carefully:

  1. The Dotnetnuke.com forum is broken
  2. We cannot make new threads here.

Can you get hold of someone in charge of this forum here and get them to look into it... who manages the forum here? Crispy?

Everyone else, go add yourselves to the Gemini report I've made: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=6732&PROJID=23

Matthias/Crispy/Core team,

Can someone please let us know when we might expect to see resolution on the key issues here on the DotNetNuke.com forums.

Personally I could care less if the actual available module gets updated right away, but I see the issues that are plaguing this site to be items that are not only turning people away from DotNetNuke right away, but are making it very hard for individuals such as myself to actually help people resolve issues.  I respond to SO many posts that I relied on the post notifications to make replies to ones that I already responded to and further questions were asked.  Now it is simply a crapshoot to see if I remember to check all of the threads again.

I know that bugs happen, but I really think that something needs to be done, and individuls need to at least address the e-mails that are going to webmaster@dotnetnuke.com even if the answer is "we don't know but are working on it".

Is this somehow related to the new "SLA?" How much are we talking, guys?  We could take up a collection and offer a few shinies for the ability to create new threads and receive email notifications when someone responds to the post about not being able to post.
