this is basically what i get, when i attempt to execute the install, i dnt knw where im wrong. And its frustrating, ive given all permissions needed to the folder that has the install, files in it (the modify permission to the ASPNET account, modify permission to the NETWORK SERVICE account: and the read permissions to the IUSR_machinename account) also checked the asp.net settings theyre okay. what havent i done, thats giving me this error

basically, this is my second install, i deleted the db, and created another directory, to reinstall it. I had almost no problem with my first install, so im wondering where the problem might be coming..

Can someone please help me?

I also had this error.

It occured when I had a freshly crashed DNN and I've installed a new one.
I was too lazy to change the web.config manually so I took the one from the crashed environment and copied it to the new one. After compiling this error occured when accessing the website.

On my next clean install I obeyed the instructions: rename release.config to web.config, manually change the connectionstrings etc. and everything worked fine then...
