The CSS styles that you can edit with the Stylesheet Editor are stored in a file named portal.css, located in the portal's root directory, in your case in /Portals/0/. So if you deleted files from that directory, you deleted the styles in the Stylesheet editor as well. Solution: just recreate the file portal.css. You can repaste your CSS directly into the file, or via the Stylesheet Editor.

BTW: I guess your real space killers are the uploaded videos. How big are they alltogether?

I would look at a few things as your videos are most likely not the cause of your size issues as they wouldn't be stored in the database.

First run the truncate table statement as mentioned above

Second run a SP_Spaceused command with no parameters, this will tell you information about your database.

If you don't see reduced space there, on my blog site I have a post with a stored procedure that you can create and run that will get you the sizes of ALL tables individually within your site that you can use for diagnostic processes.

If you are looking for assistance in troubleshooting/resolving the issue feel free to e-mail me as well as I do consulting work on the side as well.
