Well, after several weeks with IHostASP.net, I'm very happy with their service. I'm using the basic service which is 8.95 per month. They do have their own spam catcher before your email is sent to you. I still get some spam, but it's more from not having my domain registration private than anything else. Still, I only get half dozen or so per day max. Same as I had with WH4L before their meltdown in service. For now I'm sticking with IHostASP.net even though their control panel is a bit lacking in some areas such as mssql manager, and the basic hosting only allows for one DNN install and one mssql database (you can run up to 20 parent portals on the single install, though and unlimited child portals). Not as much bang for the buck as WH4L had, but then again, what WH4L has now is pretty much a platform that does not support DNN at all, so anything is better than that!

Annnnyway, we tried Arvixe for a week but found that their support refused to talk DNN and was rather gruff about getting technical beyond FTP-ing some files, even though Sales and Support promised transfer assistance. They also took days to respond to tickets and were rather defensive about it.

In my search for a reliable DNN (and an other net application), i have also misserably failed with Arvixe.com, as you can read here and i have asked them specifucally for DotNetNuke and they said "Yes of cource we support it".

I had a very negative experience with their servers and their offsore support.
